What we’re going to do with your data and why?
We take your privacy seriously. We use your data to contact and supply you with the information, goods or services you have requested. Your personal information is not passed to third parties other than in connection with making financial suitablity enquiries, financial and / or recovery procedures, landlord, owner, contractural and legal arrangements, property repairs and servicing.
We will never sell your data to third parties and will always keep your data safe and secure.
How long are we keeping it?
We will keep your data for the year that you first enquire with us, for the duration of your tenancy and for up to 6 subsequent years.
You are entitled to...
Access, correct, delete and limit the processing of any personal data we hold about you. Also, to receive personal data so that it may be used by another processor.
You have a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (UK GDPR).
What to do if I change my mind about how you communicate with me or if I wish to have my data amended or removed?
